  Have my car loan through this bank and I am on attempt number 3 to pay my payment and it seems like they dont want to get paid will never bank with them ever again

  I lost my debit card and ordered a replacement. Seven business days later no card. My drivers liscense is expired by a month and I thought I could use my social security card or something other than a pass port to get this branch to print me a new card they refused do print me a card so I will close my account as soon as I get my debit card. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. No one in the above establishment has any common sense. The manager of this branch had me drive all the way from Pensacola to the branch so they could print me a card when I first moved down. Well my account was inactive because I hadn't used the account in 8 months so after 3 days of driving back and forth from Pensacola the manger finally figured out my account was inactive and the card printing machine wasn't down.
